55˚35’12.8”N 12˚32’56.2”E, Quiet by nature is a series of layered photographic works from the birch forest called Pinseskoven, on the outskirts of Copenhagen. Over a period of 6 years, Louise Bøgelund Saugmann photographed the forest with her medium format camera, on different days and different seasons. Each of the works contains either 6 or 12 images from the same roll of film.
